It is my sole discretion, as property owner, to accept or reject all applicants provided by Greylock Realty, LLC.
I will not discriminate, under any circumstances, and will treat all parties fairly. I have read, and understand, Massachusetts State Laws regarding lead paint poisoning, disclosure, and removal. I hold Greylock Realty, LLC harmless from any costs or liabilities incurred based on Lead Paint Issues that may arise.
I understand that a Health Department Inspection (Rental Certificate) may be needed in my local municipality and I attest that I have obtained a clean inspection report and have satisfied the Board of Health’s requirements to have Greylock Realty, LLC rent my apartment.
Liability of Greylock Realty Group, Inc. Owner hereby agrees to hold Greylock Realty Group, LLC harmless from, and to defend Greylock Realty Group, LLC against, any and all claims, charges, debts, demands and lawsuits. Owner agrees to pay Greylock Realty Group, Inc. attorney’s fees related to Greylock Realty Group, LLC management of the herein-described property and any liability for injury on or about the property which may be suffered by any employee, tenant or guest upon the property. Owner agrees to maintain sufficient and prudent all risks property insurance and that Greylock Realty Group, LLC shall be an additionally named insured. Owner shall provide a copy of such insurance policy to Greylock Realty Group, LLC for their records. |
