We recently bought our first home in Adams. As a first time homebuyer my husband and I had no idea what to expect about the process. We were overwhelmed, excited and very nervous. Michele helped us along with each step of the process by providing us with a list of things to do, and numbers to call. She was always available to ask questions or bring us to our new home “one more time” for a quick look! She gave advice and answered questions and always responded in a timely manner. The home that we purchased is a fixer-upper and even through the renovations Michele has shown excitement for us and interest in the projects we are working on.
